When you’re signed under our label, you agree with the terms and conditions of the label. It’s important to note that ‘getting signed’ doesn’t mean ‘getting employed’. One can be signed only if he/she is a Christian – belonging to a Christian denomination and should be 25yrs & below.
There
are (2) two ways of getting signed as a member, namely: part-time and
full-time.
Part-Time:
This section is mainly for those who live in places where our label is not
found but would want to be signed under our label. In this section, the label
is only responsible for providing instrumentals
(beats) & sings artworks for
the songs recorded by the artists as well as promoting their songs. A part-time
member/artist can be affiliated to any other recording label. The maximum
duration of contract is one year, hence there’s a need for contract renewal
every year.
Full-Time:
This section is specifically for those who are in places where we are located. Full-time
members/artists are mandated to be paying the monthly affiliation fee. It’s
needful to note that the money made by artists from features, shows, awards
etc. 50% of it goes to the label for the smooth running and betterment of the
affiliated members/artists.
The
following are the terms & conditions to consider once signed as a full-time
member/artist.
Member/Artist Responsibilities (for
full-timers only)
Ø Once
signed, you cannot be signed to any other recording label unless the contract
has expired or has been terminated.
Ø You
cannot get a show or be featured in any song, video or any music related
content without the label’s consent.
NB:
Failure to the above mentioned is an offense and can result into permanent
termination of contract.

Resignation and Contract
Termination
Once
signed, members/artists have the right to resign anytime they want to. When
resigning, an artist/member must submit a resignation letter to the management.
Any member/artist who resigns following the appropriate procedure can be signed
again when he/she would want to.
The
contract can only be terminated by the label if a member/artist fails to abide
with the rules & regulations of the label. Once terminated, a member/artist
can no longer be signed again.
